As a passionate health and fitness coach, I'm dedicated in helping people like you live a happier, healthier, and longer life.
My mission is to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programmes following my 4 pillars to fitness - strength, cardiovascular fitness (v02 max), mobility and core . Whilst giving nutritional guidance, focusing on the main fundamentals to a healthy diet - calories, macronutrient ratio, fibre, micronutrients and supplementation.
And it doesn’t matter who you are, fitness should be accessible to everyone, no matter what level or experience.
At Mike Wills Fitness, we believe in hard work, dedication, and perseverance. We value honesty, integrity, and respect, and strive to create a culture of inclusivity and diversity where everyone feels welcome and empowered. Achieving all this whilst still having fun and enjoying the process.
Through my 12 week - Train for Life Plans, ill empower you to look your best while enhancing your health and fitness with a sustainable approach you can maintain for life. It’ll be suitable for all levels of fitness with the option of a beginner, intermediate and advanced plan. Wether it’s at the gym or home.
