  3. Nutrition goal setting for calories, macros, micronutrients and fibre
  4. Empower through education - I'll make sure you can learn the fundamentals so you can succeed in your training and nutrition.
  5. Full access to my app. This will have all your training plans on (with video demos). Also with MyFitnessPal integration and smart watch integration
  6. Training schedule via the app
  7. I can keep you accountable as I'll see how compliant you are via the app.
  8. Recipe book with many healthy recipes along with 2 x sample menus and 2 x shopping lists. The recipes all have nutritional information and MyFitnessPal barcodes.
  9. Habit, routine and ritual change. We'll set daily habit change goals to help you on your health and fitness journey.
